We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Kulani Kinis, so we offer a seamless return process for items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all liners and tags remain attached to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn bikinis in their original packaging, ensuring all hygienic liners are securely in place.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
